James, thanks for your nice note, means a lot, and will reinforce my policy of recommending you guys whenever someone asks me about football for their youngsters.

As you know I really enjoyed and admired your approach at ESS, and your coaching skills for youngsters in particular. I am also a huge believer in the benefits of this kind of thing for youngsters beyond the sport itself, and I think you do a great job of making if much more than football coaching.
